I've never had a contractor pick up the phone every time I called and show up every time he said he would which shows me how much he cares about his clients. PatioPro Builders, how I got them to construct my dream outdoor kitchen was as follow: I was in the process of building my kitchen with another company who by the way took my money and never build anything for me. In my desperation I went to my mail box and there like a gift of God I run into PatioPro Builders flyers. I was a bit skeptical as you can imagine to call because of the terrible situation that had just happen to me with the other company. But my anxious desire to Have my kitchen I called them and I spoke with Laz Napoles on the phone. We set up our appointment where Mr. Laz showed up and we immediately discussed what I wanted done. Laz as owner of his business knew exactly what needed to be done, drew for us how it would look explain the process, how long it would take from start to finish, as well as giving me several options on the equipment. Laz not only was he puntual and polite all the time, but the dedication the excellent craftmanship he put in building my kitchen is very rarely found. My husband being a contractor himself always wanted the outside kitchen to be build out of concrete Laz had no issues in building it that way for us. When my project was completed, not only was i pleased with the outcome but the dedication that they put to make me happy in all aspect. I can only tell you that if I was to build another outdoor kitchen again PatioPro Builders would be the ones to build it again for us. Laz Napoles is the heart and soul of that company. I highly recommend anyone that wants their dream outdoor kitchen as I did, don’t hesitate and call them. This company deserves its 5 star rating.Load more
